MediaContext Pilot Terms

The pilot

These terms govern invited, unpaid access to MediaContext, operated by And/or Labs Inc., 221 27 Ave NW, Calgary, AB T2M 2H5, Canada. Paid plans are governed by the MediaContext Terms of Service at https://mediacontext.dev/terms instead.

MediaContext provides research tools, source evidence, company and publisher information, lists and related features. Access is invitation-only and limited to the workspaces and features enabled for your account. An invitation does not promise general availability, a particular launch date or future functionality.

Your account and use

Use only accounts and workspaces you are authorized to access. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to use the service on its behalf. Keep authentication links and API keys confidential, and contact vj@andorlabs.ca if you suspect unauthorized access.

Use the service lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not bypass access controls or rate limits, attempt to access another workspace, interfere with service operation, or use research to harass individuals or make unlawful contact. Provide only information you are authorized to supply.

Research and exports

Research can be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. Check the underlying source, observation date and relevant context before acting. Scores and role mappings support research; they are not guarantees about an organization or person.

Access to information does not transfer rights owned by its original publisher or authorize every possible downstream use. You are responsible for lawful handling of information you export or share, including applicable privacy, marketing and source-use requirements. Do not circumvent an applicable suppression or access restriction.

Information you supply

You retain your rights in information you supply. You permit And/or Labs Inc. to process that information as needed to provide the service, maintain security and respond to your requests. Personal information is handled as described in the MediaContext Privacy Notice at https://mediacontext.dev/privacy.

Availability and support

Pilot features may change, be limited or become unavailable. These terms do not promise uninterrupted availability, a support response time or service credits.

For support, contact vj@andorlabs.ca. Include the application path, time and timezone, workspace, action taken and visible error. Include a request ID when shown. Never send credentials.

Ending access

You may stop using MediaContext or contact support to request account closure. And/or Labs Inc. may restrict or end access where necessary to protect the service, address misuse or comply with law, or when the pilot ends.

Ending access does not automatically delete every associated record. Privacy, correction, deletion and suppression requests follow the process in the Privacy Notice.

Separate agreements and changes

These terms do not establish a paid subscription, usage price or automatic renewal. If you buy a paid plan, the MediaContext Terms of Service govern it from the date you accept them.

A separately signed agreement with And/or Labs Inc. governs where it conflicts with these pilot terms. Material changes to these terms will be presented before they apply to continued pilot use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
