Invitations and sign-in recovery

Access uses Clerk email magic links. Password and Google sign-in are disabled for the pilot. Authentication email is sent by Clerk, separately from product notifications.

Use the exact email address on the invitation. Request the magic link in the browser where you will use MediaContext and open it on the same device and browser. If your mail app opens another browser, copy the link into the original browser.

If the link has expired or was already used, return to sign-in and request a fresh one. Check spam and corporate mail quarantine if it does not arrive. For sign-in help, email vj@andorlabs.ca. Do not forward a magic link or share it with support.

If you are signed in but see an access-pending screen, the identity is authenticated but its organization or workspace access is incomplete. Ask the person who invited you to confirm the invited email, accepted Clerk organization membership and the organization-to-workspace assignment. Repeated sign-in cannot create a missing workspace assignment.

Organization membership is authoritative in Clerk. Application access also checks the mapped workspace and its local membership. Switching to an unassigned organization must not expose another workspace’s lists or settings. If the wrong organization is active, select the assigned one using the available organization selector or email vj@andorlabs.ca to correct the assignment.

Settings shows the workspace roster. It does not provide an invitation-sending workflow. Pilot invitations and access changes are administered by the workspace operator through Clerk; contact your inviter for a new or replacement invitation.
