Account lists

Create a list in Account Lists, give it a name, and add publisher domains. Search and bulk selection in Database can add accounts to a list. A list belongs to the active workspace.

Shortlist is the canonical starred-account list. Starring and unstarring a publisher updates this list. Its name and identity are fixed: remove its members to clear it. Other lists can be renamed or deleted. Deleting a list leaves dependent Signals rules in Needs attention so a changed scope is not silently substituted.

A portfolio list contributes its sites to the Optimize book of business. Mark it as a portfolio only when those accounts belong in that workflow.

Lists accept up to 10,000 domain entries, with normalization and duplicate removal. A workspace can have up to 100 account lists. Names have a 120-character limit and descriptions a 1,000-character limit.

Updates use revision checks. If someone else changed the list first, reload its latest version and apply your change again. Do not repeatedly retry an old revision. API clients use /api/account-lists and pass the current revision when updating or deleting. Shortlist compatibility routes update the same workspace list.

List summaries show counts and measured coverage. Unmeasured accounts are not assumed to have no vendors. Export availability depends on entitlement and, for API keys, export scope. Contact Lists is a future-workflow surface; it does not imply collected personal contact details.
